LEGAL NEWSLINE: A lawsuit over a 2003 accident where a McDonald's Corp. employee was burned while cleaning deep fryers alleges the company failed to warn workers of the dangers of hot oil. The employee filed the suit in June 2003 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Ill., seeking a minimum of $30,00 from McDonald's and Frymaster LLC, the maker of the deep fryer.
