News Day: A former Wendy's employee is suing the company for sexual harassment. The woman said she was sexually harassed by one of her managers after having a brief, consensual sexual encounter with him.
 
Wendy's said the store has posters with phone numbers to report any crime or harassment, all anonymously. "We have an employee speak-out program," said Denny Lynch, vice president of communication for Wendy's International. "It encourages employees to call and bring to our attention any harassment issues."
