San Diego Business Journal: Three Jack in the Box restaurants have added touchscreen ordering kiosks from EMN8. According to analysts, most big chains are sticking a toe in the water before they jump into self-service ordering.
 
"But it's a matter of when and not if," said Carl Winston, director of San Diego State University's Hospitality and Tourism Management Program.
