NEW ALBANY, Ind. — Image Vault, a provider of end-to-end digital video security solutions, and Menusoft Systems, a PC-based point-of-sale solutions provider, have released a custom interface that works between Menusoft's Digital Dining product suite and Image Vault's DVR software.
"The Digital Dining/Image Vault interface will enable restaurants that deploy Digital Dining to simultaneously view video and transaction information from Digital Dining within Image Vault's DVR software," Brandon Ring, national sales manager for Image Vault, said in a news release. "Suspect transactions from the POS, such as discounts, no sales and voids, can be entered into Image Vault's exception reporting database for quick and efficient review, and e-mail alerts can also be set up for instant notification of priority exceptions."
The Digital Dining interface is available now on Image Vault version 8.6 and on Digital Dining version 7.3.04. Please contact Image Vault, to receive software for the interface.
