• Yum purchase of Pizza Hut U.K. complete

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum! Brands has completed the purchase of the remaining 50 percent interest in 541 Pizza Hut units in the United Kingdom from Whitbread PLC, its long-time joint-venture partner. According to a news release, the purchase price was $184 million plus the assumption of $25 million in certain debt and liabilities.
