HODGES, S.C. — Veteran quick-service restaurant operators Denny Cole and his nephew Jason Cole have signed an agreement to open six Captain D's Seafood Restaurants. The new units will be located in three North Carolina counties: Iredell, Forsyth and Winston-Salem, with the first scheduled to open in Mocksville by the end of 2006-early 2007.
Cole, a retired certified public accountant, is a 21-year veteran in operating Burger King Restaurants and KFC units with his nephew Jason, a graduate of North Carolina State University. Cole is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
There are nearly 600 Captain D's Restaurants in 25 United States and military bases in the United States and overseas. Captain D's first international franchise in Trinidad opened earlier this year. Additional information is available at www.captainds.com.
