BUFFALO, N.Y. — La Nova Wings, known for its fully cooked, heat-and-eat wings, announced the introduction of a new line of cleaning products specifically designed for the pizzeria operator called Grease Gobbler X-treme.
"Grease Gobbler X-treme is the product we use in our pizzerias," Joe Todaro, president of La Nova Pizza and cofounder of La Nova Wings, said in a news release. The company also owns two of the busiest pizzerias in the nation. "We have found that it out performs anything we have ever used."
Grease Gobbler X-treme, a cleaner and degreaser, is USDA authorized for use on food-contact surfaces areas, biodegradable and contains no hazardous ingredients. Its many uses include cleaning deep fat fryers, backsplashes, kitchen counters, floors, walls, exhaust fans and filters.
