LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Papa John's promoted Glenn West to senior vice president of information services and e-commerce.
According to a news release, West joined Papa John's in 2005 as vice president of information services and e-commerce, where he oversaw all field and corporate information services throughout the Papa John's domestic and international systems. In his new position, West will lead all Papa John's technology functions, including field systems support, business systems, technology operations, online ordering and customer support and applications development.
West has more than 25 years of restaurant systems experience, including work as vice president of information technology services with Yorkshire Global Restaurants (Long John Silver's and A&W All American Foods) from 1996 through 2003.
