• New president takes helm at Captain D's Seafood

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Sagittarius Brands Inc. announced that David Head will join the company as president of its Captain D's Seafood subsidiary replacing Ron Walker, who, after more than two decades of leading and building the Captain D's chain, will retire at the end of July.
 
Head, a 32-year restaurant industry veteran, will oversee all aspects of the 600-unit seafood chain and join the Sagittarius Brands executive committee in early August.
 
Head was the president and chief executive of Romacorp, parent of the Tony Roma's restaurant chain.
