MIAMI —  Chuck Fallon has joined Burger King as president of North America, the company said June 14.
 
John W. Chidsey, Burger King Corporation's chief executive, said Fallon has a proven track record and has tremendous experience in the complexities of large-scale, competitive environments.
 
Fallon most recently served as executive vice president of revenue generation for Cendant Car Rental Group Inc., the parent company of Budget Rent A Car and Avis Rent A Car.
 
According to a news release, his Burger King appointment is effective June 19.
