NEW YORK — CKE Restaurants said January same-store sales rose 9.1 percent over year-earlier levels, amid 12-percent growth at its Hardee's restaurants and a 5.8-percent increase at its Carl's Jr. restaurants. For the fourth quarter, same-store sales rose 4.1 percent, and total sales were $276.4 million.
