USA Today: Burger King Holdings, the parent of the fast-food chain, "plans to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering in late February or early March," the Associated Press. How will it fare against previous big burger IPOs?
 
Burger King's move comes a week after a successful IPO by Chipotle Mexican Grill. "You have to hit the public markets when they're receptive," one analyst tells the AP. "Right now, I think you have a very favorable market environment."
