L.A. Times: In-N-Out Burgers Inc. is suing one of its vice presidents, Richard Boyd, for fraud and embezzlement. Boyd previously had filed a lawsuit, also in the California Superior Court, accusing Lynsi Martinez, 23-year-old heir to the family-owned company, of trying to wrest control of the iconic drive-thru brand.
