Church's Chicken renews supply chain platform

Church's Chicken has renewed its relationship with ArrowStream, a provider of supply chain management platforms and logistics services.
Church's uses Arrowstream's OnDemand system to run its purchasing organization throughout its 1,700 restaurants in 22 countries. It was one of ArrowStream's first customers.
ArrowStream provides supply chain management software and logistics services that enable supply chain visibility, improve food cost and logistics cost management, generate rebates, and ensure the continuity of supply.
"The ArrowStream OnDemand system allows us to run our organization efficiently. With visibility to all our purchasing contracts and transactions, we can effectively determine where to focus our cost savings efforts. The system is tightly integrated across our business from our suppliers all the way into our stores," said James Caldwell, senior director supply chain at Church’s.
