Arby's has incorporated a customer feedback survey on its website, www.arbys.com/survey, to gauge customer's dining experiences at the restaurant.

The survey asks for the Arby's store/unit number, and has to be completed within two days after receiving an Arby's receipt.

The survey takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete.

Once finished, participants will receive a free Arby's sandwich code, which is redeemable at any Arby's location.

    I ordered 4 beef n cheddars, 3 orders of chicken strips, and 4 curly fries. I added two more curly fries to my order later after two other customers had ordered. When I arrived home, we found only one order of the chicken strips and the only receipt was the one where I added 2 more curly fries. I used a coupon for the beef n cheddars. A young man told me two days ago during the noon hour that coupons were no longer needed when I was again ordering beef n cheddars. I didn't see that on the posted menu during my visit this evening.

    went to arbys at the christiana mall in Delaware thursday sept 6 2012 on the radio they said arbys was giveing away free the new turkey sandwitches . I went up to ask for free turkey sandwitch and the girl said no we r not doing it I said why she said just not doing it well that sucks so now I wont go back the girl was not to friendly will tell every one the arbys sucks at this mall . if 93.7 plays it on the radio that abys is giveing free turkey sandwitchs from 11 to 1 then this arbys should of to. besides that 93.7 did'nt say only certain abys would not be doing this

    Sent my husband to arbys for a beef n cheddars and when he came home, we found this over size beef sandwich. I did not enjoy it. Wanted to know where the cheese was. I order ice tea and got something green. Didn't taste like tea. That was our first visit in along time and I guess it will be even longer before we visit again.

    The so called 'Grand Turkey Club' was not at all 'Grand'. How can Arby's advertise such products and deliver such poor quality food that looks nothing like the advertised product? Yes, I took pictures. Isn't there truth in advertising that companies have to follow and who enforces it? Arby's store #5759

    Today November 8, at 4:45, PM, we were in your Lancaster Salem Or.. arbys. We waited almost ten minutes before anyone asked if the could help us. The employee was rude. While waiting for our food, a customer asked for coffee. They said they had to make it. While we were eating, the gentleman got up to ask where his coffee was. I heard him tell them to forget it and got something else. We go in to this arbys quite often and this is the worst service we have ever had. I did not see anyone that is usually there.     Sadly, I had the first bad experience at my local Arby's. Not that my chicken salad sandwich had less than normal on it but, when I called to talk to someone, I was met with hostility. The girl was so rude, yelling at me, no kidding, I am not raising my voice, I hope you tape these calls. So I then decide to go back there. I stand quietly at the counter, it was busy. I get a manager and explain my situation. I just ask for more chicken salad on my sandwich. She has offered to make a fresh one but all I needed was more added. As I a/m talking to the manager the young girl came up to the counter raising her voice at me. I looked at the manager and said like that. This young girl's tone of voice was rude, she needs to get training on her people skills. This could not be good for your reputation. If this had been my first time there I would have never returned, told my circle of friends at church how rude I was treated, my fairly large local family etc. The manager was nice.     7423 or D2055 3/29/2014 12:45PM After making a call to let someone know that my chicken salad sandwich did not have the usual amount of ingredients as I am accustomed to. A young girl, who later told me she was 19, was incredibly rude. I am not accustomed to that type of behavior. She was yelling at me and I did not raise my voice. I could tell before I asked she was young. I tried to explain that I was trying to tell her that her tone of voice and yelling was not nice. I went back to the Arby's and stood quietly at the counter, it was busy and I just needed to let her know how badly the girl had treated me. When she had the time she came over and as I was explaining, quietly, about the phone conversation, the girl came rushing over took her headset off and began yelling at me again. I just looked at her and then back to the manager and quietly said, like that. The manager offered to make me a fresh sandwich and I said she could just put more on the one I had as I had not taken a bite. One thing I remember the girl said in our conversation is your bag was heavy, I had two other sandwiches with mine, so of course the bag was heavy. I always get the chicken salad so I know how it should be made. This one was half as much as I am accustomed to. I hope this young girl is sent back to training. I would have given anything for an undercover boss to have been there! Bethalto Illinois

    It has taken me 15 minutes to be able to write a simple comment to an employee compliment that I want to make. One should not have to set up an account to do so. On Sunday, in Manistique Michigan, store 7786...an employee named Charles impressed me so much that I felt he deserved an extra compliment to be sent to his employer. Charles was working very hard, cleaning and prepping, yet was very positive and personable, doing extra steps to ensure the order was correct and all was well. It was a small order and he was busy. He stopped everything else he was doing, to make sure everything was excellent, not just okay. I sure hope he rises quickly in your company, because he will bring me back to Arbys. Sincerely, Robin
