Burger King Corporation’s BKCareers and BK.com websites have partnered with JobApp Network (JobApp) to allow all BK franchisee applicants to apply directly through JobApp. Through this partnership, e-mail and paper applications are eliminated. BK has seen a 30 percent increase in applicants since the move.
JobApp, a phone and web application process, stores all employee data, eliminating the use of paper for applications, background check reports, I-9s and W-4s. JobApp also decreases the amount of time managers have to spend on the hiring process.
