New menu options improve the speed and accuracy of coupon tracking. Restaurant operators also have more tools at hand to train new staff quickly, with a growing library of more than 50 online training videos and tutorials. Advanced video tutorials provide in-depth training on the point of sale system’s planning, analysis, marketing and reporting tools. In addition, restaurant managers can get instant, context-sensitive assistance with the extensive back office capabilities of the SpeedLine system whenever they need it.
Other new tools simplify management and accounting. For example, restaurant operators may now allocate large fees to payroll with SpeedLine. A delivery fee for a large catering order, for instance, can be added to a driver’s paycheck rather than paying it out in cash from the till.
