The recently held Client Advisor Awards in Atlanta, which honors the impact of professional services firms, recognized BrightWave Marketing and its client Chick-fil-A among the best of the year.

Chick-fil-A, the country’s second largest chicken restaurant chain, was presented the 2010 Client Advisor Award as “Best Client to Advise” in the large client organization category.

BrightWave Marketing, based out of Atlanta, is an e-mail marketing-focused digital agency that has been managing Chick-fil-A’s award-winning Email Insiders program since 2009. The agency was named as a finalist in the small professional services firm category.

“We’ve always valued the partnership of our best of breed agencies, including BrightWave Marketing, and we’re honored to be recognized for forging those partnerships,” said Kristen Hunter, senior digital consultant, Chick-fil-A. “This award is an outward recognition of the goals we’ve set internally when working with our agency partners and we’re extremely proud to accept it.”

The Client Advisor Awards was first held in 2005. Awards are evaluated on professionalism in the form of creativity, collaboration, capability, content, credibility and positive results.

BrightWave and Chick-fil-A’s partnership, established in 2009, also has been recognized by the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association and the Atlanta chapters of the American Marketing Association and Direct Marketing Association.

The collaboration also received an honorable mention national recognition in the Email Marketing category from the ClickZ Connected Marketing Awards.
