Baskin-Robbins’ newest flavor creation, Lucky Mint, has rolled out just in time for the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. The offering features mint chocolate ice cream, green candy flakes and chocolate-coated sandwich cookies.

Lucky Mint is available throughout March and is available by the scoop, in a cup or cone, or as part of a classic sundae. The flavor is also being sold in pints, quarts and half-gallons.

“With Lucky Mint, our goal was to create a flavor that celebrates the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day and welcome spring with a mix of vibrant flavors and colors. We feel like we discovered mint chocolate chip’s delicious twin,” said Brian O’Mara, Baskin-Robbins’ vice president of marketing.
