Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011 on March 31, shortly after the market closes.

The company plans to host a conference call to review the results and management’s outlook for fiscal 2012 at 4:30 p.m. ET that same day.

A live webcast of the conference call will be available online.
