Jersey Mike's Subs has launched a new mobile ordering application for iPhones, allowing customers to pre-order and pre-pay before picking up their meal.
The new app is available for free on iTunes.
"Using the Jersey Mike's Mobile Ordering App is quick and easy. We consider it a seamless extension of our online ordering platform," said Michael Manzo, Jersey Mike's chief operating officer. "Since Jersey Mike's opened 55 years ago, we've been focused on the customer experience. Evolving technology, like this app and online ordering, ensures we continue providing our loyal fans with the convenience and ordering options they are hungry for."
Users who are already registered for Jersey Mike's online ordering system can use the same login information on their phone. Once logged in, customers can place new orders, refer to past orders, select a pickup location, schedule a pick up time, securely use a saved credit card and more.
The company introduced online ordering in January 2011 and is seeing double-digit growth in ordering and repeat customers, Manzo said.
