Yogurt Mountain LLC opened its 23rd store this week in Opelika, Ala.
Yogurt Mountain's first store opened in fall 2009 in Birmingham, Ala. It now has locations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
The chain offers 16 rotating flavors of fat-free or low-fat frozen yogurt varieties and more than 50 toppings in a pay-by-the-ounce setting.
MCALLA Properties LLC, and TL Properties LLC, are leading the Yogurt Mountain franchise development in Opelika. MCALLA Properties LLC, of Auburn, Ala., is led by Mark Sessions, and TL Properties LLC, of Jasper, Ala., is led by Todd Lee.
