The webinar, "Emerging Trends in the Foodservice Industry," will be held May 12 at 2 p.m. Panelists include Mark Williamson, executive director of Consumer Insights for Applebee's, and Gary Edwards, chief customer officer for Empathica.
Williamson and Edwards will cover the trends of:

- Employee engagement
- Dynamic segmentation
