Beautiful Brands International has announced that it has secured an agreement between Top That! Pizza and Mohammed Obaid Al Neaimi to develop the brand in the Middle East. Al Neaimi will be responsible for the concept’s expansion strategy within the Gulf countries as well as entry of the franchise into new regional markets.

Obaid Al Neaimi said he plans to open 20 locations throughout the Gulf countries, beginning in the United Arab Emirates next year.

“There’s no question the Middle East is one of the world’s most promising markets and a perfect fit for the innovations of this remarkable concept. I believe we have a golden opportunity to capture a new category and make Top That! Pizza a premier brand in the region,” Al Neaimi said.

Top That! Pizza was developed and is owned by Jeff and Lori Walderich, who share more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

“We’re excited to introduce an entirely new way to enjoy pizza to the world,” said Lori Walderich. “For the first time we are offering a way for people to get their own pizza exactly the way they want it, fast and affordably. It’s ‘pies without compromise.’"

The first Top That! Pizza location opened in Tulsa, Okla., just seven months ago. Two more under construction are slated to open this year. The brand currently utilizes BBI's organizational and support system to market TTP franchises in national and international markets. BBI's support includes legal, franchise sales and other aspects of franchise development.
