Marble Slab Creamery has declared July 11 as "Red Head Appreciation Day" to help celebrate the launch of the brand's new Red Velvet Ice Cream.
At participating locations on July 11, Marble Slab Creamery will give away a free scoop of Red Velvet Ice Cream to anyone who has red hair -- no matter if it's natural, dyed or a wig -- while supplies last. No purchase is necessary.
"'Red Head Appreciation Day' is a great way for Marble Slab Creamery to engage our customers with a tongue-in-cheek holiday," said Jenn Johnston, chief marketing and operations officer for GFG Management LLC, parent company of Marble Slab. "We hope everyone will come into one of our participating locations with their real or fake red hair and try our new Red Velvet Ice Cream for free."
