U-Swirl solidifies development deal in Montana

U-Swirl Inc. has awarded area development rights to Kenneth W. Allen, to develop at least four U-Swirl Cafes in Montana throughout the next 36 months.

Montana represents the 11th state to be franchised by U-Swirl across the country.

"After visiting U-Swirl in Scottsdale (Ariz.) I knew it was the right brand for me," Allen said. "I have been involved with developing other franchises throughout the state for years and believe Montana residents will welcome the inviting atmosphere of the U-Swirl brand."

The company recently changed its name to U-Swirl Inc. from Healthy Fast Food Inc. With more than 50 franchises sold via area development agreements, U-Swirl Inc. is positioned to be a strong player in the frozen dessert sector.
