Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited, which operates 98 KFC stores in New Zealand, has rolled out the Micros Restaurant Enterprise Solution in all of its units. The solution includes Micros Point of Sale, Forecasting, Labor Management, Kitchen Display Systems, mymicros.net Business Intelligence and myinventory Stock Control.
Restaurant Brands has already implemented the solution in its 82 Pizza Hut outlets. The company also operates Starbucks in New Zealand.
"We strive to deliver not only a quality product, but also memorable service in comfortable environments," said Geoff Holton, commercial manager IT of Restaurant Brands. "The implementation of MICROS throughout our KFC stores has improved our overall operational efficiencies, allowing us to spend more time focusing on our customers."
Restaurant Brands and Micros have had a partnership since 2001.
