Rapper and reality TV star Flavor Flav will open his House of Flavor on March 15 in Las Vegas.
The quick-service restaurant includes recipes handed down from Flavor Flav's father, such as a secret spice rub, and specializes in soul food. The menu features fried chicken, fried shrimp and Flavor Flav's signature red velvet waffle.
The new restaurant is decorated with memorabilia from Flavor Flav's multi-faceted career as a rapper, reality TV star and entertainer for audiences around the world.
Flavor Flav has made sold-out appearances in more than 77 countries. Most recently, he participated in the Pepsi Super Bowl commercial, alongside Elton John.
According to VH1, 7.5 million viewers tuned in for Flavor Flav's season finale of 'Flavor of Love 2' – the network's highest rated telecast ever.
The Las Vegas-based Flavor Flav House of Flavor take-out restaurant is independently owned and operated by Flavor Flav, and is not associated with the former Clinton, Iowa licensing deal.
