As part of its expansion strategy in China, Yum! Brands plans to open 150 KFC, Pizza Hut and Little Sheep outlets in Suning locations. Suning is one of the largest electrical appliance retailers in that country, according to the China Daily.

The openings will take place within the next five years. The Yum! Brands will be operated by Suning Appliance Co Ltd.

Suning stores have tested having a KFC and Pizza Hut presence in 17 cities. Mark Chu, president and COO of Yum!'s China Division, said the partnership is ideal for chain store management, brand influence and consumer convenience.
