Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs has announced that a new store will open in the Greater Phoenix, Ariz., area in 2012, with franchisee Bert Greer. Greer recently signed an agreement with the company and his forthcoming store will be his first location in Arizona.
The new Cousins Subs will offer deli-style sandwiches, a refreshed store aesthetic and the company's new menu boards.
"Cousins Subs has been gaining huge franchise momentum in Arizona," said Joe Ferguson, vice president of Development. "The Greater Phoenix market demonstrates ample growth opportunities for our accessible franchise system and we are thrilled that Bert has been chosen to be a part of our Arizona team."
Greer signed his first franchise agreement under local developer Cliff Jones, who recently committed to develop a total of 10 Cousins Subs stores in the Phoenix market throughout the next three years. Currently, Jones has two opportunities available for investors interested in Cousins Subs ownership.
