FM Facility Maintenance, a provider of integrated facilities solutions including facility service, intelligent energy and construction management, was awarded a comprehensive facilities management services contract by Strategic Restaurants Acquisition Company (SRAC). FM will provide services to SRAC's approximately 300 Burger King locations across the U.S.
Under the new agreement, FM Facility Maintenance will be responsible for 24/7/365 care of SRAC's Burger King locations; service provider management and selection; management of reactive issues; scheduled/preventative maintenance; and project management services.
Services include HVAC, food service/beverage equipment, refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, lighting, landscaping, snow plowing/removal, roofing, interior/exterior building and signage, among others.
