Cold Stone Creamery and Make-A-Wish are hosting the 11th Annual World's Largest Ice Cream Social on Sept. 27, the culmination of a month-long fundraising event.
All day long Sept. 27, $1 from the sale of any Love It or Gotta Have It size Ice Cream, Yogurt or Sorbet Creation will be donated to Make-A-Wish.
Cold Stone Creamery will host a month-long fundraising celebration to benefit the organization by selling paper Make-A-Wish stars for $1 each.
Since 2002, Cold Stone Creamery has generated more than $4 million in donations to help enrich the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions. That's enough to grant more than 500 wishes.
"We are very proud to say that we have aligned with Make-A-Wish for 11 years to host the World's Largest Ice Cream Social and have produced more than $4 million in donations," said Ray Karam, Cold Stone Creamery Senior Tastemaster. "I want to encourage everyone to come and help us make the 11th anniversary the best year yet."
