McDonald's restaurants along the East Coast will be giving away free 12 oz. coffees every day from Sept. 23 through Sept. 29 in celebration of National Coffee Day, which is Sept. 29.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, thousands of McDonald's restaurants will participate in the promotion.

No purchase is necessary, and the giveaway will take place in store or at the drive-thru.
