Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs has launched a new television advertising campaign to showcase its new "Twisted" line featuring pretzel bread.
The ads feature the elusive Sasquatch, who comes out of hiding to ask for one of the new subs. According to Justin McCoy, vice president of marketing for Cousins Subs, Sasquatch signs on to become the brand's spokesperson in exchange for a compensation of sub sandwiches.
The new "Twisted" line features Twisted Ham and Cheddar and Twisted Turkey and Roast Beef. The subs will be available through the end of the year.
"Our limited time offer subs have consistently driven guests to our stores," McCoy said. "With the one and only Sasquatch endorsing our 'twisted' pretzel bread subs, we are confident that our guests will be excited to try these new offerings."
