Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Coca-Cola have teamed up to launch 2012 collector cups wrapped in unique, New Orleans-inspired holiday designs.
Coca-Cola and its artists offered their talent to create custom Popeyes creative for the cups, featuring the Haddon Sundblom Santa or the Coca-Cola Polar Bears. Popeyes holiday collector cups, free with any 32 oz. beverage purchase, will be available through Dec. 31, or while supplies last.
The first design illustrates the French Quarter and Popeyes' Canal Street restaurant in New Orleans. Coca-Cola's Sundblom Santa adorns the iconic New Orleans trolley car as it makes its way through the city. The second design features Coca-Cola's Sundblom Santa enjoying an original Coca-Cola in the winter weather outside his local Popeyes' restaurant. The final design features the Coca-Cola Polar Bears enjoying a Coca-Cola.
"The depiction of New Orleans cityscapes and Popeyes restaurant façade are an impeccable representation of our brand heritage," said Chad Crawford, director of calendar and promotions. "We are thrilled to partner with Coca-Cola, another brand with deep sewn roots, to offer these collectible cups to guests giddy with holiday spirit this time of year, and all year long."
Popeyes holiday collector cups are made from an injected molded, high-quality heavy plastic, to extend use and are dishwasher safe. Cups come with lid and straw.
