In honor of the 55th Anniversary of the Whopper, participating Burger King restaurants nationwide are offering the Original Whopper for 55 cents with the purchase of any other Whopper sandwich, including the new, limited-time Wisconsin White Cheddar Whopper and Angry Whopper.
The promotion is available from Dec. 6-9.
"Burger King is very excited to celebrate this amazing milestone with the Whopper Sandwich lovers who have helped make it an American icon," said Flavia Faugeres, executive vice president and global chief marketing officer, Burger King Worldwide. "For 55 years it's been a fan favorite, and this weekend we encourage our guests to stop by and join in on the celebration."
The Wisconsin White Cheddar and Angry Whoppers were rolled out in October to celebrate the sandwich's 55th anniversary. They are available for a limited time, along with seasoned Sweet Potato Curly fries.
