Fiesta Restaurant Group, parent company of Taco Cabana and Pollo Tropical restaurant brands, has relocated its headquarters from Miami to Addison, Texas, a Dallas suburb.
The company continues to operate brand offices in San Antonio and Miami and is in the process of hiring a team that will occupy more than 20,000 square feet of office space at 14800 Landmark Boulevard.
"Addison offered a competitive incentive package as well as a community with a rich talent pool for the restaurant industry," said Timothy P. Taft, CEO, president and director of the Fiesta Restaurant Group. "The ability to recruit and retain talent as well as the city's central location and great amenities made Addison an ideal choice to continue to grow our business."
The company plans to have approximately 55 employees in the corporate offices throughout the next three years. It received an incentive of $100,000 under the Addison Chapter 380 program.
