MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of catering solutions for multiunit restaurant operators, has announced that Mitra QSR, a KFC franchisee, selected MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering to enable end-to-end visibility and control over the company's catering business.
Mitra QSR will deploy MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering as a technology tool to support Strategic Alignment and Education programs set out by the MonkeyMedia Software team. The organization will utilize CEO Erle Dardick's book "Get Catering and Grow Sales!" as a compass for its catering and off-premise programs moving forward.
MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering will allow Mitra QSR's existing IT infrastructure within its KFC locations to benefit from real-time reporting. Additionally, stores will gain insight into business intelligence, including up-to-date sales figures, customer ordering behavior, promotional performance and other data.
MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering will also provide Mitra QSR's catering teams with:
- Comprehensive client and account management, including a catering-specific CRM;
- End-to-end production and delivery management;
- Order management and online ordering, including a mobile-friendly web platform; and
- Integrated sales and marketing tools to drive additional catering sales.
"As a fundamental business argument, growing incremental catering revenue, providing that we communicate the vision and leadership to do so, is simply a basic, good business practice. Catering will provide another revenue stream for Mitra QSR, not unlike delivery, take-out, or drive-thru," Dardick said.
