Culver's is expanding its "Welcome to Delicious" campaign with the introduction of its "101" video series.
The series gives guests a behind-the-scenes look at the company through humor.
"As we expand into new markets it's important that our new guests have an understanding of what makes Culver's different. It's all about fresh beef that's cooked to order and desserts that are individually handcrafted," said David Stidham, vice president of Marketing at Culver's. "With our 101 videos, we are able to educate guests in our newer and emerging markets in a lighthearted, educational manner."
Culver's is introducing the videos through a Facebook promotion, which includes a "101 and Win" contest asking fans to watch "ButterBurger 101" and take a quiz for the chance to win daily prizes. Those prizes include a $101 gift card and one of 10 coupons for a free Double Deluxe ButterBurger. The promotion runs through March 29.
Guests can watch all three videos, including videos "ButterBurger 101," "How to Decide on Dessert" and "What We Mean by Cooked to Order" at culvers.com and youtube.com/user/culversrestaurants.
"Culver's 101 videos leverage the popularity of video, social media and social sharing to extend our brand message across numerous platforms, further strengthening our digital reach," Stidham said. "The videos also complement our TV commercial strategy by offering additional insight into the quality ingredients we cook to order for our guests."
