Mindshare Technologies, a provider of cloud-based Voice of the Customer technologies, has added a handful of brands to its client roster, including Jack in the Box, Corner Bakery Café and Häagen-Dazs Shops.

Mindshare Technologies also recently acquired Empathica, a provider of social Customer Experience Management programs, and launched the patent-pending OpenTell, a product that integrates with Mindshare Technologies' VoC platform to improve online reputations for brands.
