The relocated Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip at Farmington's Animas Valley Mall in New Mexico is one of the first in the country to feature soft seating and an upgraded kiosk design that showcases the brand's signature product offerings in a more efficient manner.
According to a news release, Brigette Cook, who has owned the local franchise since 2007, is excited about her new café model.
"I'm very pleased with our new location, and the new café is design is really gorgeous," Cook said. "I know our customers will appreciate the more comfortable seating and attractive displays, and we're also introducing Nescafe Milano premium coffee and delicious crepes. Of course, we haven't changed a thing about our world-famous cookies ..."
The Animas Valley location is one of 18 cafés planned as part of a long-term master lease signed in October 2013 with Rouse Properties Inc.
