Donuts chains Krispy Kreme and Honey Dew Donuts have released their summer limited-time offerings.
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts LTO donut and Chiller offerings for the summer season, available now through Aug. 22, include:
- Lemon Cake donut — combines the refreshing taste of lemons with Krispy Kreme's traditional cake donut and is covered in Original Glaze and drizzled with icing.
- Lemon Kreme Pie donut — combines lemon and Kreme fillings in a yeast-raised donut topped with powdered sugar and a dollop of the lemon filling.
- New Jolly Rancher Krispy Kreme Chillers — Krispy Kreme fruity drinks now in two popular, yet classic Jolly Rancher flavors: Green Apple and Watermelon.
Krispy Kreme's Lovin' Lemon and Jolly Rancher Krispy Kreme Chillers promotions are available now and will remain in participating United States and Canadian retail stores through Aug. 22. Product offerings may vary by market.
Honey Dew LTO
New England-based donut chain Honey Dew Donuts has brought back a summer seasonal favorite, the Peach Muffin. The Peach Muffin is available for a limited time at participating Honey Dew Donuts shops beginning this week in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Also for a limited time, customers who upload a video to DewTube on the company's website about why they love the Peach Muffin will be eligible to win a $100 Honey Dew Gift card and a chance to appear in an upcoming Honey Dew Donuts commercial.
"Honey Dew Donuts listens to its customers, and knows that the summertime Peach Muffin is the No. 1 flavor muffin sold at Honey Dew in the summer months," said Richard Bowen, president and founder of Honey Dew Associates Inc. "As with all of our baked products, Peach Muffins are always baked fresh daily."
The Peach Muffin is available throughout the summer.
