A teenager charged with disorderly conduct after attempting to rap his order at an American Fork, Utah, McDonald's has been acquitted, the Salt Lake Tribune reports. The teenager and three friends were cited after a manager called police when they began cussing and refused to leave when employees asked them to clearly speak their order.

American Fork City prosecutor Kasey Wright argued Dauwalder not only used the f-word, he disrupted business and caused Timoko to feel threatened.

Defense attorney Ann Boyle countered that the boys' actions are protected by the First Amendment right to free speech. "Using the f-word is not a crime in America," Boyle said. "Singing your order is not a crime in America."
