Mrs. Fields Famous Brands LLC, franchisor of more than 1,200 Mrs. Fields Cookies and TCBY frozen yogurt stores, has announced the extension of its contract with HMSHost Corp., a leader in travel dining and shopping. Under this multi-year agreement, Mrs. Fields and TCBY will continue to serve premium treats and snacks to travelers from 35 stores located in major airports and travel plazas across the country.
"HMSHost has exacting standards for their vendor partnerships, and a history of working with brands in their prime. Since our initial contract began in 1989, we've served millions of customer's delicious fresh-baked cookies and nutritious frozen yogurt treats from our HMSHost locations, and we are eager to build on our success over the next several years," said Rob Streett, senior vice president of strategic development for Mrs. Fields Famous Brands, in a news release.
The agreement, which extends through 2014, comprises store locations in some of the nation's busiest airports, including Chicago O'Hare, McCarran International in Las Vegas, Sky Harbor International in Phoenix and Salt Lake City International, and in travel plazas along heavily trafficked New York and New Jersey thoroughfares.
