A Wesley Chapel, Fla.-based franchise group that operates 25 Arby's in three states under four separate companies is seeking reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
  
Focus Ten of Tampa Inc., Focus Ten of Florida Inc., Focus Ten of Raleigh Inc. and Focus Ten of Greensboro Inc. have debts of $1 million to $10 million. The group's attorney said the owners are optimistic the reorganization will be successful.
