The Top 13 blog, known for its rankings of the best in pop culture, has chosen its Top 13 fast food chains.
 
The ranking considers "which restaurants we would stop at if we had our choice of any fast food chain." The list includes only those chains that operate in multiple states and either have a drive-thru or do not make food to order. Healthfulness of the menu offerings were not a factor. The rankings include:
  1. In-N-Out Burger
  2. Chick-fil-A
  3. Wendy's
  4. McDonald's
  5. Whataburger
  6. Arby's
  7. Taco John's
  8. Checkers/Rally's
  9. Dairy Queen
  10. Fatburger
  11. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen
  12. Jimmy John's
  13. White Castle
