A Subway restaurant in Lombard, Ill., is being investigated by the DuPage County Health Department for its connection to a shigellosis outbreak in the area. The restaurant also is now the subject of a lawsuit filed by a couple who claim their child was sickened after eating there, according to Chicago's WGN-TV News. The health department has confirmed 21 cases of the infectious disease.
