Jack in the Box is hoping to boost shake sales in the late afternoon daypart with a half-price special.
 
The limited-time-only promotion features a half-off discount on its line of real ice cream shakes every day from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., now through Dec. 28. The promotion included two seasonal favorites now on the menu — Egg Nog and Pumpkin Pie.
 
Other shake flavors include Oreo Cookie, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Half-off prices are just $1.25 for regular and $1.50 for large at participating restaurants. Made with real vanilla ice cream, each of Jack's shakes is served with whipped topping and a maraschino cherry.
