Restaurant point-of-sale developer SpeedLine has announced the integration of the AROS Advanced Restaurant Ordering System from Web ordering software provider Delphis Software with SpeedLine POS.
The integration includes SpeedLine Menu Sync, a Delphis innovation that eliminates the need for restaurant operators to maintain separate menus on their POS systems and Web sites. Through SpeedLine OrderLink Gateway, AROS keeps the menus in sync, reflecting changes to the SpeedLine POS menu at the restaurant automatically online.
With the new AROS integration to SpeedLine POS, restaurant companies can expand their online sales without the necessity of updating multiple menus.
"This new solution from Delphis minimizes errors, ensuring that the options and pricing customers see online match what restaurant staff see on the POS," said SpeedLine president John de Wolde. "At the same time it eliminates all online menu maintenance overhead for the restaurant company."
