• Former McDonald's employee denies cell phone photo involvement

Late last month, McDonald's Corp. filed a motion for a third-party complaint against a former Fayetteville, Ark., employee. The filing was in response to a multi-million dollar suit against the company after nude photos from a customer's cell phone left at the store were posted online.
 
The former employee, Cody Hayes, has denied any involvement in the publishing of the photos, and his attorney asked that the complaint against him be dismissed, according to a story in the Northwest Arkansas Times.
